About Me

Hi there! I'm just your average wannabe mountain biker, hiker, and almost God mode level pickle baller, oh and proud dad of two awesome girls and a super cool dog. But don't let that fool you, because I've got some serious skills when it comes to web development.

I started my journey by hacking away on MySpace, GeoCities, and Angelfire back in the day. Then I got my first real taste of web dev by slicing up table based HTML web pages in Photoshop and Dreamweaver. A little later on I learned about CSS and JavaScript in college but ultimately went the route of graphic design. After college I spent several years working as a graphic designer and then as a web designer. I eventually found my way back to web development and have been doing it ever since.

As a full stack JavaScript developer, I'm pretty good at creating efficient and scalable web applications. I've got years of experience under my belt, bringing a deep understanding of the entire web development stack to the table.

When it comes to front-end development, I specialize in building sleek and interactive user interfaces using modern frameworks like React and Next.js. On the back-end, I'm all about Node.js and have worked my magic with databases like PostgreSQL and MySQL, using fancy ORM tools like Prisma.

But it's not just about the code. I also know how to streamline development workflows and enhance code quality using nifty tools like Git, Webpack, and Vite. I'm always keeping an eye on the latest trends in web development and continuously expanding my knowledge by learning new technologies and techniques.

So yeah, I may be a mountain biking wannabe and a goofy dad, but when it comes to web development, I'm as serious as it gets.
